Nicole Lamarch - Miss California 2003 Top 5 at Miss America 2004                                                       Jacquelynne Fontaine, 23, who graduated from  California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks and is working on a master's degree  in voice at the University of Southern California, was crowned Miss California, 2006.                                               Fontaine is from Moorpark in Ventura County                                       and was Miss Santa Barbara County in the pageant. She will compete  in the Miss America Pageant early in 2007.
